AC Land Title Services, LLC is a new real estate service provider owned by Alisa Welch & Candice Landers Davis. The company is in Mandeville, LA at the foot of the Causeway Bridge. AC Land Title Services was formed in 2021 and officially opened for business at the end of December of that same year.

The owners have a combined 45 years of experience in the title business. After realizing they were the driving forces for other successful title companies the dream of owning their own was born. AC Land Title is a women owned business with a large portion of thier contractors being women owned businesses also.
